How it works
Three steps. No noise.
- 1Step 1
Tell us what you need
Role, budget, timeline, languages. A real brief — not a twelve-question intake form.
- 2Step 2
We send a shortlist in 48 hours
Two or three freelancers we'd hire ourselves. With portfolios, rates, and a short note on why they fit.
- 3Step 3
You hire who you want
From there, you work with them directly. iince takes a one-time finder's fee from the employer — never an ongoing cut.

Why iince
Different from every platform you have tried.
01
Human matchmaking, not browsing
We pick a shortlist; you do not sift profiles. The matchmaking is the product, not a side feature.
02
Specifically e-commerce
Every freelancer in the pool understands stores, ads, conversion, and operations. No general tech or marketing bucket.
03
One-time fee, paid by employers
Freelancers never pay iince. Employers pay a one-time finder's fee on hire. No ongoing platform cut on the working relationship.
04
Europe and Turkey first
A regional network with depth that platforms based elsewhere can't match — and a founder who speaks the language of the local market.

Who runs iince
iince didn't start as an agency. It started because I kept getting asked: do you know someone who can do this?
Running e-commerce stores meant hiring constantly — designers, developers, media managers, ad creatives, the people who actually make an online business work. Over time, the network of freelancers I trusted got bigger than my own projects could use. So I started introducing them to other store owners and agencies.
