Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

iince is built around relationships, which means we hold real information about freelancers and employers. This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are.

This is an initial draft. The full GDPR-compliant policy will be reviewed by counsel and updated before iince processes its first signup. Reach out to info@iince.com with any questions or data requests in the meantime.

What we collect

For freelancers: name, contact details (email, phone, WhatsApp), professional information (skills, portfolio, CV, rates, availability), and account credentials. For employers: name, company information, contact details, and the contents of hiring requests you submit. For everyone: basic technical data (IP address, browser type) and essential cookies to keep the site working.

Why we collect it

To match freelancers with employers, to communicate with you about applications and hiring requests, to operate and improve the site, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Freelancer information is shared with employers only when iince makes a specific introduction, and only the information relevant to that introduction. We use service providers (email, file storage, hosting) who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep it

We keep freelancer and employer information for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping and legal compliance. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under GDPR and similar laws, you can access, correct, export, or delete your data, restrict how we use it, and object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@iince.com — we respond within thirty days.
