Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
These Terms of Service describe how iince operates as a recruitment agency for e-commerce freelancers and the employers who hire them.
This is an initial draft. Final terms will be reviewed by counsel and updated before iince processes its first paid placement. Reach out to info@iince.com with any questions in the meantime.
What iince does
iince is a recruitment agency. We introduce freelancers to employers who are hiring. We do not run a self-serve marketplace, we do not process payments between freelancers and employers, and we do not take an ongoing cut of work performed after an introduction is made.
For freelancers
Joining iince is free. By signing up, you agree to let iince introduce you to potential employers, and to be honest about your skills, availability, and rates. After iince introduces you to an employer, you are free to negotiate and work with them directly. iince does not take any commission from your fees.
For employers
By submitting a hiring request, you agree that if you hire a freelancer iince has introduced to you (or anyone connected to them through that introduction) within a defined period, you will pay iince a one-time finder's fee. The fee amount is agreed in writing before introductions are made. You may decline to hire any candidate without obligation.
Finder's fees
iince charges employers a one-time finder's fee upon successful placement. The fee scales with the value of the placement and is agreed in writing in advance. iince does not charge subscription fees, posting fees, or ongoing commissions on freelancer work after a placement is made.
Changes to these terms
iince may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active users at least thirty days before they take effect. Continued use of iince after that date constitutes acceptance.
